Merry Christmas...

So, I was meant to post this yesterday...
Every year these are by far my favourite nail design!

They always make me jolly, and are very noticeable, 

so normally get commented on!

I still don't have my camera so again these are taken using my phone!

Which I am now getting used to!

I was inspired by one of my Christmas jumpers for this design!

Its such a bright jumper, I love it!

Unfortunately I didn't leave myself much time to do this design, 

so ended up being a bit rushed..

I painted these right at the start of December, but only
took two pictures and they weren't great...

I kept telling myself I would redo them, but haven't gotten around to it!
I really liked the design, so posting anyway!

Frankenstein drops

Frankenstein drops

I did these nails a little while ago and kept meaning to
post them! But I like to keep all my Halloween nails together!
So waited until now!

I have done a few blood dripping nails and things,
so thought I'd change it up a bit.

Purples and greens always make me think of Frankenstein around Halloween!

The pointed nails also add more of a sinister feel to them.
I'm still trying to decide what to dress up as for Halloween this year!
Many more spooky manicures to come...

Birthday!

Birthday!
My birthday was over a week ago now, but as I have said many times, it's been very busy back at uni!I decided this year to paint my nails based on the different pieces of wrapping paper I received!

I had a really lovely birthday, my house mates decorated the house
with banners and balloons! 
They even got party hats for our outing that evening!

All the wrapping paper was beautiful, but I tried to pick
patterns I could attempt and that I loved and thought went
well together!

Thank you to everyone who wished me Happy birthday, and those who celebrated with me!

We actually had some snow this year!

It didn't stick, but it did fall.

I also got bought some gorgeous nail varnish!

 

This nail paint was a lot quicker than I thought it would be.

Hope new years plans are coming together!

I'm planning on going down south, 

really hoping the weather doesn't effect the journey too badly.

It was something quick, as it was just before dinner was served.

This post is very over due, (yet again!). 

Exams got in the way, but I've now broken up for christmas, 

so can blog between revising!

I haven't blogged for quite a while, as close family

and friends will know, November has been a very tough month.

Thank every one for all their support. 

Lets hope December is a better month!

I haven't painted my nails for a long time, and decided to 

use one of my favourite Christmas designs!

I love the Barry M red glitter, it always makes me

feel festive! And the little Santa cheers me up!

For Halloween this year I dressed as a crow!

I wore all black and lots of feathers, including some really 

horrendous feather false eyelashes!

But I didn't have time to do themed nails.

I thought I would do some inspired nails,

since its past Halloween, I figured I wouldn't do any more scary nails!

They are very delicate looking and I really like it.

They again are really simple to do!

I've never tried doing Mummie nails but have seen 

some really good ones!

I really liked how they turned out, and they were major simple!

I was fairly rushed doing this nail paint, but still liked how it turned out!

I thought I would try doing some scary pointy nails!

My nails had gotten quite long, so I chopped the sides and filled like mad!

They were really pointy! 

It felt quite strange, but they were definitely Halloweeny!

I don't think I could have worn this for more than a few hours though!

I kept accidently scratching myself,

and things like putting on tights would have been a nightmare!

I've never done Frankenstein nails before, 

but seen lots around, so thought I'd attempt some!

I really enjoyed wearing them,

although they look a little vacant...

Maybe next time I will make them angrier!

Its always my go to when I'm stuck!

So I thought I'd start with it.

I'm going back home for Halloween, and am very excited for it.

Birthday!

Birthday!

On the 2nd of October, which now feels a life time ago, it was my birthday!

I meant to do a post then, but caught the infamous 

freshers flu and have spent my time mostly in bed!

I had such a lovely day, with my flatmates and boyfriend,

and getting lots of well wishes, gifts, cards and phone calls off friends and family!

It was strange having my first birthday away from home though!

 I based my nail design on the wrapping paper 

my boyfriend used!

I loved it, and obviously the gifts within!

Thank you everyone for an amazing day!

Almost gotten over my freshers flu, so more posts to come

I have taken a break from revision to do an Easter themed nail paint!

Can't wait to eat lots of chocolate on Sunday!

Although it is horrible being stuck inside when there's glorious sun outside, 

but it will all be worth it when exams are over, (I hope anyway!)
