Door number 2!

Door number 2!

I have been meaning to post this since Saturday night!

I opened door number 2 on my calendar!

I got this beautiful almost post box red

called boudoir.

I couldn't think of a design to do, 

so my lovely friend Sarah suggested gold leaf.

I tried to source some gold leaf, however could not find any!

 

So I attempted instead to try and replicate it!

However it just looks a little random!

But I kinda like it anyway!

For Christmas I got a new watch, 
it came in this really cool box.

 I really liked the design!

And all the different colours.

I found it hard to do the glasses on the yellow section!

But like how it came out over all!

Last night I opened door 1!

I got 'snow globe' its a gorgeous delicate glitter.

It took two layers of top coat to get it to feel 

smooth to the touch.

I'll open a door a week (if I can restrain myself!)

Also, on Friday, I completed my nail course!

I learnt how to properly manicure nails and 

how to prep, apply and remove Shellac and Gel polish!

Today is the final day of my give away!

I painted my Nans nails to give you another idea with the colours if you win!

Also, tomorrow I am going on a nail course!

I'm really nervous, but also excited!

And I got a surprise package this week!

I am going to open my first door on Saturday!

As I'm not allowed to wear any nail varnish for this course!

Surprise post is the best!

I bought a new top on Saturday, 

a simple white long sleeved one,

and decided I wanted to do a more delicate pattern.

It was tricky to get the other hand to mirror,

but managed to get it close enough!

Happy 2014 (I know a little late...)!
